Terms of Service

1. About us

IB Math Lab is a service of RevisionRun B.V., registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 94789401. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service overview

IB Math Lab provides IB Mathematics AA SL exam preparation services including personalized practice worksheets, feedback on submitted work, worked examples, study plans, and WhatsApp-based support. Optional 1-on-1 tutoring sessions are available as an add-on.

3. Exam Pack

The Exam Pack is a one-time payment of €475 that covers all included services from the date of purchase until the May 2026 IB examination period. This includes a 20-minute onboarding call, unlimited worksheet cycles, personal feedback on every submission, worked examples, a personalized study plan, and daily WhatsApp access.

4. Tutoring sessions

1-on-1 tutoring sessions are available to Exam Pack students at €70/hr. Sessions take place via video call with a shared online whiteboard. Sessions are booked and paid for separately. Tutoring is always optional and is recommended only when we identify a conceptual gap that practice alone cannot address. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

5. Refund policy

If the student puts in consistent effort (completing at least 5 assigned worksheets per week and submitting work regularly) and does not see improvement after 2 weeks, we will issue a full refund of the Exam Pack fee. Refund requests must be made within the first 2 weeks of purchase. We reserve the right to assess whether worksheets have been completed and submitted as part of the refund evaluation. Tutoring session fees are not included in the Exam Pack refund.

6. Communication

Our primary communication channel is WhatsApp. By purchasing the Exam Pack, you consent to receiving messages including worksheets, feedback, and study plan updates via WhatsApp. If a parent phone number is provided and the group chat option is selected, a WhatsApp group will be created including both the student and parent. Worksheets can be submitted as printed and photographed work or as digitally annotated PDFs.

7. Referral program

Referrers receive a unique code to share. When a new customer uses the code at checkout, they receive a discount. The referrer earns a commission for each qualifying referral. Commission payouts begin from the referrer's 2nd successful referral onwards; the 1st referral earns no commission. Payouts are made to the referrer's PayPal account after the referred customer has been active for at least 2 weeks. We reserve the right to withhold payouts or deactivate referral codes in cases of abuse, self-referral fraud, or violation of these terms.

8. No guarantee of results

While we are confident in our methods and have seen consistent improvement in students who put in the work, we do not guarantee specific exam grades or score improvements. Academic outcomes depend on many factors including student effort, consistency, prior knowledge, and exam conditions.

9. Intellectual property

All worksheets, worked examples, study plans, and other materials provided through IB Math Lab are for the personal use of the enrolled student only. Materials may not be shared, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, and submitted schoolwork solely for the purpose of providing our service. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Photos of student work are used only for providing feedback and tracking progress. For full details, see our privacy policy.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of our service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Amsterdam.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
