What we collect
When you use IB Math Lab, we collect the following personal information: your name, email address, phone number(s), and photos of your schoolwork that you submit via WhatsApp. If a parent is involved, we also collect their phone number.
How we use it
We use your information solely to provide our exam preparation service. This includes: sending you worksheets and feedback via WhatsApp, tracking your progress, creating your study plan, processing your payment via Stripe, and sending you receipts and service-related communications via email.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data. You can read it at stripe.com/privacy.
Photos of your work
Photos of exams and worksheets that you send us are used exclusively for providing feedback and tracking your progress. We do not share, publish, or use your submitted work for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to deliver our product: Stripe for payment processing, WhatsApp for communication, and Vercel for website hosting. Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data that passes through their platforms.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the service providers listed above as necessary to deliver our service.
Data retention
We retain your personal information and submitted work for the duration of your active service period plus 6 months. After that, we delete your data upon request. Payment records are retained as required by Dutch tax law.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can also request a copy of all data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Cookies
IB Math Lab does not use tracking cookies. We do not run advertising or analytics that require cookies. Stripe may set cookies on the checkout page as part of their fraud prevention — this is governed by Stripe's cookie policy.
